I am not ready for this..
When people ask me who I ship in the walking dead….
I ship…..
Daryl and his crossbow.
They make one sexy pair.
Celine made her way to Daryl. “Here,” she held out her hand. “I made it for ya.” She sighed and handed him a necklace she had made. “It’s a voodoo protection charm. I know you are gonna think it’s dumb or whatever but I don’ care. It’s my thank you.”The necklace dangled in her hand, the charm swerving in little circles, strings tangling and untangling in a repeated, monotonous fashion. Daryl wasn’t exactly the friendliest man, but he wasn’t cold-hearted either. This was her gift then, right? A sort of token of her appreciation? “Right,” he started, hand reaching out to take the necklace from her. She hadn’t given him reason to hate her other than the fact that they bumped into one another, something Daryl didn’t want to have to experience again after losing his old group. “Thanks for that. Dumb as hell, but thanks.” And it was all in good words. Though worded extremely poorly, it lacked any of that gratingly tough attitude he normally would have given her.
Celine couldn’t help but smile. “You’re welcome.” Celine chuckled. “Back before all this I was the best voodoo priestess on the bayou. So keep it close, and it will keep you safe. I promise.” Celine looked up at Daryl. She hadn’t known him long, but she already considered him a good friend. She didn’t want anything bad to happen to him. “My voodoo never fails.”
